Your first point of issue filing will be with your respective company's Transport Helpdesk, as they will be trained on App Usage issues and data corrections.
If there is a need for our Technical team to review the case, your Transport Helpdesk will internally reach out to us, and a resolution will be suggested as per the SLA's defined.
Since the App is B2B2C, we do not directly support the end users, but only through the Corporate Support channels, as established by your organization.
